Women in Electrical and Computer Engineering (WECE) at the University of Florida, founded in 2006 by graduate students, aiming to foster a supportive community within the ECE department. Initially focused on graduate students, WECE now welcomes UF students of all majors and years, with most members being undergraduates in ECE, Computer Science, and Computer Engineering. Our mission remains to support academic, professional, and personal growth through corporate events, mentorship programs, and technical activities. We also inspire younger generations through our outreach program where members teach circuitry, magnetics, and robotics to K-12 students.
